Living Building Zero Energy Multifamily Project
Cascadia Solar is the proud installer of the solar arrays on The Walk at Bainbridge Island, a residential development consisting of town-homes, flats, and lofts. The Walk is the first Living Building Zero Energy registered community on Bainbridge Island, generating clean energy with solar arrays on the roof, selected sunny sidewalls, and solar awnings, with individual systems for 28 separate units. This project was a collaboration of Washington State based solar companies, including inverters by APsystems, vertical array racking by Sunmodo, and modules by Itek Energy.
